What Makes a Rooftop Bar Great for Dates#

After 63 visits, the pattern is clear:

Noise below 78 decibels. Above this level, you are raising your voice. The best rooftop bars use sound-absorbing materials, spread seating widely, and avoid live DJs (background music through speakers is fine). We measured decibels at every venue. The top 5 all stayed under 75 dB at peak hours.
